At NeuroForensics we believe accurate assessment is essential as it minimises the likelihood of misdiagnosis and leads to targeted treatment and management of clients. This results in effective and efficient case management and rehabilitative efforts, appropriate therapeutic or pharmacological treatment, expedited settlement of claims or legal matters, and informed court decisions relatively to capacity, culpability or sentencing.

Reports are generally provided within two weeks of the assessment date. Dr Melissa Hughes holds dual endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology and Forensic Psychology and has appeared as an expert witness in NSW courts and tribunals.
